Major fashion powerhouse Tom Ford creates genderless skincare brand

Luxury American brand Tom Ford launches skincare brand with no gender target. Tom Ford Research aims to establish its roots as a gender-less skincare brand with science to back it up. 

“My vision is to merge breakthrough science with true luxury, to create transformative skincare regardless of skin type or gender,” Ford tells the Hollywood Reporter. 

Using ingredients such as white porcelain cacao, caffeine, gyokuro, it has created two products so far; the Tom Ford Research Cream Concentrate, and Tom Ford Research Serum Concentrate. In 2011, Tom Ford partnered with major beauty brand Estee Lauder to create Tom Ford Beauty, its own cosmetics brand. The partnership is carried through in Tom Ford’s venture into skincare.
